How to register

The process requires first creating an account. You will then be able to proceed to registration and payment. To avoid some technical problems, you should ideally complete registration at once. Submission of an abstract can be done later.

1- Create an Account

• All participants must create an account on the Congress website (Link here).
• If you already have a Sciencesconf account, please use your login and password and go directly to complete your registration (Link here).
  

Note about special dietary needs: during the process of registration you will be able to specify  "Regular menu",  "Vegetarian" and "Allergies". For the latter, please contact us.

2- Registration and Payments

• Registration and payments are managed by Azur-Colloque. You find the registration link under 'Registration > Register HERE,' accessible only after creating your account.
  

• Select the applicable fee and extra (excursion) when registering.
• After the validation of your pre-inscription on Azur-colloque by one of the administrators, you will receive an email with a link directing you to payment. Please note that this link is valid only once. If you interrupt the procedure, you will need to notify us so we can delete your pre-inscription, allowing you to restart the procedure. At the end of the payment procedure, you will have the option to select 'Pay by credit card later'. If you choose this option you will then receive a message with a new link to complete the payment. Although the website offers this possibility of later payment, we would be grateful if you could make the payment immediately to facilitate our financial management.
  
• For payment, indicate whether the invoice should be issued to you or your institution.
• All payments should be made in EURO (€), preferably by credit card, before April 6th 2024 for early bird fees. Late registration fees will apply after this date.
• For wire transfer payments, use the following details:

Ensure that all details are correct to facilitate a smooth registration process.

3- Submit an abstract (Link here):

• Indicate your preferred presentation type (poster or oral) and the relevant topic(s) (e.g. mitochondrial RNA expression and processing), which can be found on the programme page.
• You may select multiple topics and the organisers will assign the appropriate section for your submission.
• You will receive an email confirming your submission, followed by validation by the organisers. Abstracts not selected for oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster presentation.
  
• Please note that most oral presenters will be selected from the abstracts. Only those submitted by 6 April (Early Bird) will be considered for oral presentation.
