At the mouth of the Rance in the Saint-Servan district, the Alet peninsula is ideally located, like a balcony on the bay. Discover the Solidor Tower which was used to monitor trade on the Rance. Take a moment to be full of the magnificent view from the exterior walkway.

Rocked by the rhythm of the tides of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, they are ideally located to develop a slightly salty iodized flavor. The parks that have made the city famous, appear at low tide, do not hesitate to discover them accompanied by passionate oyster farmers. In a restaurant, sitting on the port or strolling on the oyster market facing the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, enjoy a tasting full of authenticity!
