Language

The official language of the conference is English, to be used for all presentations and printed materials.

Abstract Submission

Please fill in the submission form (Link here) which must include:

• Title of the contribution
• Surnames and first names of all the authors, and email adress
• Keywords (5 maxi)
• Type of communication (oral or poster)
• The relevant topic(s)
  
• An abstract with a maximum of 300 words.

Abstracts sent by email will NOT be accepted.

Important: The examination of your submission will only take place after the full payment of your registration has been received.

If you have previously submitted a contribution, you can revise your text, update the file, add co-authors or submit additional contributions until the submission deadline. To do this, log in to your account. If you are submitting more than one entry, please use the same account (login and password).If you have any problems, please contact us.

To prepare your poster

The format for the poster presentation is A0 (portrait orientation).
