Cancellation policy

Any request must be sent to the secretary of the conference: icpmb-2024@sciencesconf.org

1. If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, his/her registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organization, subject to the organizer’s approval.

2. If the registrant is unable to attend and is unable to transfer his/her place to another person, the following refund policy will apply:

Registrations cancelled more than two months before the congress: full refund of registration fees.

Registrations cancelled between two months and two weeks before: 50% refund of registration fees.

Registrations cancelled less than two weeks before: no refund.

Eligible refund will be paid after the conference.

3. Participants who are forced to cancel due to an unsuccessful visa application will receive a refund of the registration fee paid, less an administration fee of €100.00 per registered participant. Cancellations must be received in writing (email or fax) at least 15 (fifteen) working days before the start of the conference* to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded. (* Saturday and Sunday do not count as working days.)

Refunds will be made in the following ways:

  • For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded (within 2 months of the payment only).
  • All other payments will be made by bank transfer to the payee named on the account.

Please note: For payments received by bank transfer from outside France, the refund will be made by bank transfer - all bank charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
