Fees and deadlines

Fees include all meals in the program (lunches, dinners, cocktails, coffee breaks, and the gala dinner).

Prices include 10% French VAT.

Excursions (see here) are not included and must be booked (extras) during the registration process. Accommodation can be found here.

*    CNRS researchers are exempt from VAT.

**   PhD students and post-doctoral researchers (less than 5 years after PhD).

*** Open to junior researchers from French or German laboratories, thanks to the financial support of the Franco-German University. Contributions are limited to the first 30 registrations, after which the normal fee of €410 applies.

The accompanying person fee covers all meals included in the program, but does not include coffee breaks or access to conferences.
